Having trouble resetting your NTIC app password?

Here's the trick:

Start and finish on the same device.

- Started on your phone? Check your email on your phone and tap the link there.

Did you know there's a website version? 

You can also reset your password on the web — open register.ntconf.com.au in any browser (phone or computer) and request a reset there. Complete it in the same browser.

No luck?

Email us at conference@mojocollective.com and we'll sort it out for you.

Once your password is reset, you can log in to the app with your new password.
