Brief: This award recognises outstanding service within claims. The individual must have demonstrated exceptional service resulting in a positive claims experience for a claimant.

To protect the integrity of the Awards, all submissions may be reviewed using AI detection and assessment tools, together with manual review by the judging panel.

Each question has a word limit of 250.
